Who Are We?

We are avid photographers of high school and collegiate sports.  We have a combined total of over 30 years experience shooting various sports ranging from football to figure skating.  We have a special affinity for football, wrestling, and track.  We know the sports and we try our best to use our on-the-field experience and photographic skills to capture the spirit of competition. 

Where Are We?

Paladin Photography is located in Leesburg, Virginia.  We generally provide service to customers in Northern Virginia.  However, with sufficient lead time we can extend our range.  In the past we have shot events in North Carolina, Maryland, and Ohio.

What Do We Shoot?

We specialize in photographic coverage of events at our customer's location per their specifications.  We work with individuals, clubs, and academic institutions to provide a customized photographic experience that can be focused on individuals, teams, or the overall event.

At sporting events, we keep our full attention on the participants in on-the-field action.  We believe that athletes most appreciate the capture of their competitive efforts and we strive for the most complete coverage possible. 

How Do We Shoot?

Five years ago we transitioned completely from film to digital photography.  Our Nikon equipment is exclusively high-end as we routinely perform candid shooting in at events with natural or stadium lighting. 

Since we shoot digitally, we take a large number of images and can process them rapidly.  In the course of covering a football game, we normally shoot between 350 and 800 images.  We also offer web posting of your event photos so participants can view all the images and order their selections directly on-line.

How Do We Work With You?

We work with you.  Period.  It is your event and we only succeed when you're satisfied with the final product.  We limit our engagements during the year so we can work with our customers.  If we think you'd be better served with another type of photographer we will let you know up front.  Your time is a valuable and non-renewable commodity.
